A piece that displays the potential of a "double Meaning." Both hypnotic and tranquil, this piece is an illustration of the beauty created by congealed colors and atmospheric presence. Both a stunning and intriguing work.

Technically the artist displays proficiency and a relative mastery of color and depth. The atmosphere created by the warm hues mixed with the figural subject matter is a feast for the eyes. Add the latter with the almost psychedelic feel of the piece, you simply have a sumptuous feast for the creative soul.

Use of light and color are appropriate and do not overwhelm or underwhelm. The myopic layering of colors and shades work in harmony. Stupendous.

The only fault to be had is an under-developed layering of color beneath what could be assumed as the underarm of the crouching figure. There needs to be a bit of a revision on that portion, otherwise this is satifying.

The overall impression is of solid direction and cohesion. The piece says a lot without sacrificing visual substance.
