This is superb. The colours are just so rich and warm. Even the sea looks like it might be nice to jump into (if a little rough!). Very nicely done.

My very first thought when I looked at this painting.

The building at the end is a crematorium....On a Vicking island

I don't have time right now, but I'll developpe the thought later.
