A variety of alien character concepts based on quick silhouette sketches.
A few weeks ago I asked DeviantArt and my Facebook friends to name three numbers from a large number of alien silhouettes I had created. So based on the popularity voting i rendered 6 of the silhouettes into final characters.
I think it is very interesting how many different ways you can choose to interpret a simple silhouette. Some of these silhouettes could be fun to revisit at a later time and make new, very different versions. Hope you like the results for now!
Based on the original silhouettes the finished aliens are number 6, 10, 11, 14, 16, 18.
